*** NOTICE ***

LIEN CERTIFICATE APPLICATIONS for deeds being processed in the current fiscal year must be presented to Treasury/Revenue Collections no later than 5 p.m. on Thursday, June 22, 2017.

(All lien certificates will expire on June 30, 2017. New lien sheets must be ordered for deeds presented on or after July 1, 2017. Any Lien Certificate Applications received after June 22, 2017 will be held until July for processing.)

DEEDS to be processed by June 30, 2017 must be presented to Treasury/Revenue Collections no later than 12 noon on Tuesday, June 27, 2017.

(Any Deeds received after June 27, 2017 cannot be guaranteed for completion by June 30, 2017.)
